You are reading this for one of two reasons.
The First Group, you know that the economy has changed. This isn’t a recession – its the new reality. You aren’t sure when it happened exactly, but your customers aren’t where they used to be (yellow pages anyone?), they aren’t buying in ways they used to buy, and they certainly demand a whole lot more than they used to. You know all this is true, but you have been so busy running your business – and hats off to you for succeeding through all this – that you aren’t really even sure where to start to react to this new environment.
Your customers want to visit your website, only you don’t yet have one. They talk about email, texting, Facebook – and what’s this new Twitter thing all about? It’s all moving so fast, how can you possibly catch back up to your potential customers when you are already so busy keeping just ahead of the bills?
If you are in the second group, you understand everything the first group does, and you’ve stepped out to try and do something about it – only it didn’t work out like you planned. You had “a guy” build you a website, only you don’t know how to update it so it’s staler than week-0ld donuts. You spent a lot of money and time only it doesn’t help you bring in any more business. Maybe you even now think you can survive without a website – after all you did just fine 10 years ago. Or your kids got you started on Facebook. It seems easy, it’s free, and you see some of your customers on there. Maybe that’s the silver bullet (hint – nope, but it is useful).
In either case, I’ll meet you right where you are at and help you grow to where you want to be. I used to be in your shoes. Frustrated that I could see how our website should be able to help our business, but unable to get the assistance I needed from the “expert” we hired. I finally got fed up enough, that I bit the bullet and learned what the IT crowd knows, but have kept my focus on what makes the cash register ring. And now I share this info with businesses just like yours.
I’ll meet you right where you are at and help you grow to where you want to be.
But your website is only just one step in this process. There are lots of companies out there that can help you build a website. If you are in Groups 2 from above – you’ve already met them. Your new site needs to be a seamless extension of your amazing customer service, helping you to not only find more customers, but then keep them, nurture them, and encourage them to recommend you to their friends. We’ll leverage your site in order to make this happen, but we may need to work on your core business practices as well. With my years of experience in sales and marketing we’ll quickly prune away the practices that are getting in your customers’ way and replace them with a new crop of habits instead.
Finally, we’ll look at how you deliver your products (or services) in order to identify the hidden waste that is every business and saps your profits at nearly every turn. We can realistically double or even triple your net profit margin – and you’ll have fun learning these counter intuitive measures that make it happen.
Together we will:
